Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness
The Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness is a community-based collaborative working to prevent and end homelessness in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The Partnership, formerly Decade to Doorways, changed its name to better reflect its mission and collaborative relationship with partners across the county. We helped the Partnership evaluate its existing brand and gather stakeholder feedback. Using what we learned, we developed key messaging to communicate the value and benefits of the Partnership and updated the brand identity to align with their highly successful “Be the Key” awareness campaign. The brand redesign included a logo, brand guidelines, website redesign and development, updated web content, iconography set, and branded templates for presentations, email, and social media.
