Awareness Campaign

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) works to prevent homelessness by advocating for and providing a continuum of housing, healthcare, and support services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves. In alignment with the National Low-Income Housing Coalition’s “Opportunity Starts at Home Campaign”, we worked with the CCH team to develop an awareness campaign plan with packaged themes and templates to make the campaign rollout as easy as possible, including branded Canva templates the CCH team could edit in-house and a set of 10 one-pagers explaining the relationship between housing and social determinants. The campaign was influenced by coalition partners from across sectors such as affordable housing, children’s wellbeing, cross-disability justice, immigrant rights, education advocacy, environmental justice, mental healthcare, and LGBTQ+ rights.

We've had a great response to the briefs. I know our partners and our congressional offices love them. The templates were easy to use, and I think Kern gave us some good structure throughout the process.
