Challenge Program Furniture
Challenge Program Furniture (CP Furniture) builds and sells handcrafted furniture as a social enterprise of The Challenge Program in Wilmington, Delaware—an entry-level workforce development and construction training program helping youth that face barriers to employment. CP Furniture's primary goal was to boost its website traffic and sales, but it also wanted to clearly differentiate its social enterprise from its nonprofit organization, while staying true to its mission. We worked with the CP Furniture team to refresh the brand colors for a distinct look from The Challenge Program. To make a clear connection to the nonprofit work, we rewrote content to highlight the mission, history, and impact of CP Furniture as part of The Challenge Program. To drive sales, we simplified messaging across the site and highlighted clear calls to action. We also created a showroom where visitors can browse past projects and a shop where visitors can choose furniture type, style, wood variation, etc., and request a quote based on their selections.
